Orders All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (subject to stock availability).
We are responsible for orders reaching you, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. Orders received that are incorrect should be advised to us within 2 days of delivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability. RTB Warranty & Faulty Products All products carry a RTB warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. You should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. Please contact us to request a collection at our cost. If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If a product arrives safely but fails at some point during the manufacturers warrranty period, then you should follow the guidelines in the manufacturers warranty. Website Liability
